We built this site for one reason: tracking gold and Bitcoin prices shouldn’t feel like reading the back of a tax return.
If you’ve ever tried to find the live spot price of gold in Canadian dollars, the gold-to-Bitcoin ratio, or a clean 10-year chart of the things you actually hold — you know the rest of the internet is mostly noise. We’re trying to fix that.
What we cover
- Live gold prices in USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, JPY, and a handful of other currencies — updated every 60 seconds via the CoinGecko API and major commodity exchanges.
- Bitcoin and major cryptocurrency prices in real time, with charts, history, and conversion calculators.
- Market analysis — short, opinionated, jargon-free posts about what’s actually moving the price of hard assets.
- Embeddable widgets so you can drop a live gold or Bitcoin chart on your own site for free. (We just ask for a credit link back.)
What we don’t do
- We don’t give financial advice. We give data, context, and our take. What you do with it is up to you.
- We don’t push silver. It’s a fine metal. We just don’t cover it here.
- We don’t pretend to be neutral about debasement. We think hard assets matter. We try to back that up with data, not vibes.
Who’s behind it
CryptoAndGoldPrice.com is run by DMAC and the CryptoAndGoldPrice Team — a small operation building in public from Ontario, Canada. We’re long-term holders of both gold and Bitcoin, and we write about what we’d want to read ourselves.
We use AI tools heavily (we’re not embarrassed about it) — but every published claim, chart, and recommendation is reviewed by a human before it goes live. See our Editorial Policy for the standards we hold ourselves to.
